The goods

Dietary supplements, sports nutrition powders, herbal wellness products, and daily vitamin formulations manufactured to supplement a normal diet and support regular physical activity. Each product listing specifies formula contents, net weight, and serving format. Product imagery is illustrative. Packaging appearance may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

Your order is submitted upon checkout completion. We notify you by email. The sales contract forms once your parcel departs our warehouse. We reserve the right to decline orders due to depleted inventory or unverified details, issuing immediate refunds where applicable.

Prices and payment

Product prices appear in GBP and include VAT where required. Transport fees are calculated before final payment. Available payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an evident pricing mistake occurs, we contact you prior to dispatch to reconfirm or cancel.

Shipping choices, schedules, and rates are detailed on the Delivery & Payment section. Product responsibility transfers to you upon package receipt.

Product images and colours

We photograph actual inventory. Displayed shades depend on monitor settings, software, and local lighting. Subtle tone differences are normal and do not qualify as flaws or grant free return rights. Product dimensions, ingredients, and servings appear on each item page.

Transfer of risk

We bear liability for packages until delivery to you or your designated recipient at the specified address. Liability passes upon handover. Visible parcel damage must be marked with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Products can be returned within 30 days of arrival according to our Returns section. Products are supplied under statutory conformity standards established by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, warranting that each item conforms to description, demonstrates satisfactory quality, and remains fit for purpose throughout its stated shelf life when stored according to label instructions.

• Perishable dietary supplements with rapid expiration periods.
• Sports nutrition tubs, capsule jars, or vitamin containers whose protective inner foil or outer tamper-evident seal has been broken after delivery.
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other liquids or ingredients following delivery.
• Digital training guides, dietary plans, or downloadable electronic materials accessed or downloaded by the customer.

Liability

The total cumulative liability of Nordicbalance Ltd for any claim connected to an order is strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid for that order or £100, whichever amount is greater, without restricting mandatory consumer rights under United Kingdom law. These provisions do not restrict legal liability that mandatory statutes prohibit excluding.

Age and use

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Use supplements strictly according to container directions. These formulations do not replace professional medical guidance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive dispute resolution authority residing in the courts of the United Kingdom. Unresolved disputes proceed to the competent court at the seller's registered seat. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
