You have 30 days from arrival to return products from Nordicbalance. Any reason is accepted. This guide outlines the terms, the process, the shipping costs, and the refund timing.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the 30-day period, sports nutrition products and vitamin supplements must be returned in their original packaging, completely unused, with all safety seals, foil barriers, and shrink wraps intact.
Return process
- Submit a formal return request containing your order reference to our customer service desk via email.
- Obtain your official return authorization number and confirmed United Kingdom return facility address.
- Pack your sealed items securely within robust transit packaging to prevent displacement or transit damage.
- Receive your refund via direct bank transfer within 3 to 10 business days following thorough inspection by our safety intake team.
Who pays return shipping
We cover return transport if goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. We provide a prepaid shipping slip or book a courier collection. You handle shipping costs for standard returns. We take no extra fees.
Refund timing and method
Refunds process within 3 business days following item approval. Orders paid by cash on delivery are transferred to your specified bank account. Bank transfer payments return to the original sending account. Banks typically settle the credit within 1-5 working days.

Exchanges
For another item or variant, return the current product and order again online. We issue your refund once the return reaches us. If the change resolves an error on our part, we dispatch the new package free of charge.
