Nordicbalance provides prompt and reliable delivery of sports nutrition and daily vitamin formulations throughout the United Kingdom. Every parcel is dispatched with care to support your routine active lifestyle and nutritional goals.

Same-day dispatch for orders received before 13:00. Later orders ship the next business day.

Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Courier delivery with tracking directly to your address: building, apartment, city, and postal code. Orders over £45 may require a signature.

Pickup point

Pick up from a local locker or partner point. The location holds your parcel for 7 days before returning it to our warehouse.

Delivery estimates count business days following dispatch. Deliveries to remote locations may require an additional 1-2 days.

Order processing

Orders submitted before 13:00 on working days ship that afternoon. Orders placed later, on weekends, or during holidays leave our facility the next working day. An order confirmation with your reference number reaches your email immediately.

All nutrition powders, capsules, and vitamin bottles are enclosed in factory tamper-evident containers, wrapped in shock-absorbing protective cushioning, and packed into reinforced corrugated boxes to shield products against humidity and transit impact.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your courier tracking reference is transmitted by email or SMS, enabling real-time consignment tracking directly through the carrier delivery portal.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking remains static for 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We start a carrier investigation and offer a replacement package or a full refund, per your preference, within 10 business days of your report.

Damaged on arrival

Should your consignment arrive with outer package distortion or compromised safety seals, capture clear photographic evidence of all affected items and packaging, retain the materials, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an immediate replacement protocol.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Hand payment to the courier when receiving your items. No advance payment is needed.

Bank transfer

Transfer funds directly to our bank account. Account details appear after checkout and in your confirmation email. We dispatch the order once the transfer clears, typically within one business day.

We support Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never request banking credentials or card information over the phone or by email.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We deliver to specific countries. Shipping rates and delivery windows appear at checkout. Any local import duty remains the responsibility of the recipient.
